The Union Depot looks forward to hosting your event and we want to make it go as smoothly as possible.  We will customize your event to the best of our abilities; however, we do have a few guidelines that must be followed in order to insure that your event is successful.

Since each event is unique, these prices may vary for your event.  Use this list as an estimate of your charges as they may differ.

Rental Information:


We require a
$200.00 Set up/Clean up fee to be put on deposit for all of the weddings held here.  The deposit is payable at the time of booking.

Wedding Ceremony held at depot:                    $300.00

Main Hall Rental:                                                 $750.00 ($200.00 Deposit)

 *Saturday hall rental requires a guarantee attendance of 200 people

Loft Room Rental: $400.00 ($200.00 Deposit)
Glass Stemware: $ .25 per person
Linen (Includes Tablecloths and Napkins ): $75.00 – $200.00

Security:

Security services are arranged for you, however, you pay for the services

Each Guard:                                                          $20.00 per hour

                          (You will need 1 guard for every 150 people)

On Premise Maintenance:  $50.00

Bar Services:

Bar Set Up:                                                            $50.00

Bartender:                                                             $50.00/Bartender

(You will need 1 bartender for every 100 people)

Cash Bar:                                                               No Charge

                       (Each guest pays for his/her own drinks)

Host Bar:                                                              You pay for all drinks

Host/Cash Bar:                                                   You pay for part of drinks

Beverages:

Wines 18 L:                                                          $145.00 per box

            5 L                                                             $  45.00 per box

Soft Drinks (Pepsi Products)                           $100.00 per box

(You will need 1 box for every 150 people)

Champagne                                                         $ 12.00 per bottle

Liquor cannot be brought into the Depot per our liquor license rules

Menus:

We have menus that range in price from $11.50 to $35.00.  We like to customize your menu selections, and menus will be given to you and your coordinator to help make the best choices.

Decorations:

If no other event is taking place in the room you have reserved, you may come in the night before to decorate.  If that is not possible, you can come in after 9:00 a.m. the day of your event to decorate.

Skirting:

Cakes can be brought in and we will be happy to provide a special cake table for its display.  Skirting for the cake table and other tables can be rented at $12.00 per skirt.

Guidelines:

No tacks, nails, glue or sticky tape can be used.  This is a historically beautiful building and we need to keep it that way for everyone to enjoy.  If you are planning to use material to decorate the columns in the room, fish line works well, as it is invisible.

Appointments Required:

1)      Four months after the deposit has been made.  Your hall rent will be payable in full, if not already paid.  At this time, we will set an appointment for a date halfway between this date and the event.

2)      Two months prior to the event.  We will detail your event, choose a menu and take care of any other arrangements that you might need.  We will also set a meeting date for two weeks prior to the event.

3)      Two weeks prior to the event.  We will finalize your menu, times, etc. and take an estimated guest count.  You will make payment in full based on the estimated count.

4)      One week prior to the event.  We will take a final guest count and make any adjustments needed.  If the actual count is considerably lower than the estimated, we may need to move your event to a smaller room, at the management’s discretion.
