The Pueblo Union Depot offers a large selection of entree items starting in price at $22.99 per person for a two meat entree which includes a starch and vegetable plus a fresh green salad. One entree is $19.99 per person.  All meals are prepared on site by our in house Executive Chef and served by our professional catering staff.  We offer a variety of services from a sit-down dinner to a small gathering or business meeting (minimum of 40 people).
